I’ve been working with the GLOW Team for VA support in my business for two years now. The team are amazing, you could not ask for a nicer bunch of people to help. And I say team even though I only have one VA (who is incredible, makes my business a dream to run) but he’s supported and I think it’s the community and family feel of GLOW that sets them apart. Yes you get next level support but you also know that those who are supporting you are being supported. I love it when I get an email saying they have a staff event - and they have ranged from psychologists coming in and showing them how to take care of themselves and stay well, to camping trips and team sports activities. This stuff matters and we should all care about it and GLOW does it brilliantly. I get support in my business on so much -—everything tech based, the visuals, setting up emails and calendars, my podcast and it lets me focus on what I’m good at. And I know if I ever needed to (which I never have) there is a place where a step by step guide for all of my tasks lives because GLOW does this too to ensure continuity of service at all times. All in all, cannot recommend highly enough and I come from a corporate background where you naturally develop certain standards for delivery. These are consistently exceeded.

Property management is getting a larger role in my revenue stream, both on my own rentals as well management for others. The first 5 days of the month are crucial to the well-being of the business. Both Mae and Raya have contributed in better rent collections, especially with the reimbursement claims of unpaid rents from government decrees. All I can say is that Mae has become an indispensable member of my team. Raya is showing good progress to become one.
