Rodney knows what it’s like to juggle everything in business—because he’s been there. With over 35 years of business ownership, he learned the hard way that growth doesn’t come from doing it all yourself, but from building the right team and systems.

In 2010, he moved to the Philippines and founded Global OfficeWorks to give business owners more than just a VA—they get a fully trained, fully supported, office-based professional backed by a complete management system.

Now living in the Philippines with his wife and three kids, Rodney leads a team driven by one mission—helping entrepreneurs scale smarter, not harder.
