Rodney's 35+ years of international business ownership experience ground his expertise in operational strategy, management systems, and leadership—ensuring every process runs efficiently.
Rodney's personal commitment runs deep; he has lived in the Philippines since 2010, where he met his wife and started his family. With three children all born and raised locally, Rodney is deeply embedded in the Philippine community and culture.
Rodney founded GLOW, driven by two missions: helping entrepreneurs scale smarter, not harder, by building the right teams and systems, and providing GLOW’s staff with stable, well-paid careers with professional growth opportunities and financial security, allowing them to remain home instead of seeking work abroad to support their families.
